Really great information and discussions on this podcast but the recent justification for the disparity in prize money for men and women was very disappointing. Saying that men deserve so much more money ($400,000 men vs $60,000 women) because men started the sport and they eat more chicken is ridiculous. The sport needs to evolve and pay women what they are worth in terms of the money they bring to the sport from viewership etc

Phoebe and Lauralie are the greats, as all bikini girlies know, and to hear about their experiences and life outside of the stage makes me love this sport even more. I know for me I sometimes feel the pressure and commitment of it all is so lonely and almost unachievable in some aspects and this podcast makes me feel so excited about my commitment to the sport, the community, and just life in general. First- I love this pod and look forward to it weekly. I’d love an episode laying out SPECIFICALLY what you guys are doing diet and exercise wise post Olympia. Macros? Meal plans? What’s training like? What are the goals for your physiques? Etc.
If Lauralie can stop using the word “like” in every sentence this would be more listenable.
