  • This is essentially just an anti-narcissistic personality disorder show, which is incredibly unhealthy for EVERYONE. Calling someone a narcissist is unhealthy. It's like saying someone is "a disabled" instead of saying "a disabled person." It's a personality disorder: they need help, not for people to say things like "it's NEVER healthy to have a relationship with a narcissist." Hugely toxic podcast.

This podcast has been a complete blessing . After 10 years I’ve finally taken back my power and removed the blockage from my life and this podcast has given me so much education , insight and validation on who and what I have been dealing with all these years . It’s helped me to understand the manipulation and games and most important how to face it and stay firm on my decision to leave and live my life freely and peacefully . Thank you

So many podcasts want to talk about the hijackals trauma causing their behavior. I’ve heard it time and again. It’s sickening. But I’m wi... more
