  • This show built my sauna!

It really did. From growing up visiting the YMCA sauna, to a railway town wood fired sauna, the odd home made sweat lodge… I thought I knew sauna. Until I found this show and Glenn’s book.i’ve now got a great sauna at home with good heat, steam and ventilation. The show has introduced me to the broader sauna culture and techniques. I’ve learned something important from each episode.4 out of 5 stars, because even as Glen admits, he has some challenges with recording trchnology.

    Keep it going Gl... more

  • A world unto itself

Who knew there was so much to learn about authentic sauna?!🧖🏼‍♀️ I’ve just ordered a sauna from Glen’s neighbor at Urban Wing and have enjoyed Glen’s travels, passion for sauna, sincerity & the interesting people he interviews.

It makes me wonder how he can record inside a heatedauna every time I hear them splash more steam/löyly!💦🌫️

    Thanks & keep them coming
