關於 2024 的山東與韓國之旅，之後再做節目來談，這個禮拜的主題是第三次出現的「厝邊味」— 大橋頭飲食計畫！
大橋頭，是一個正在面臨都更、劇變中的街區。
2022 年，從一碗豬血湯開始的飲食文化推廣行動，講的是厝邊隔壁的味道；
