    These guys are real, raw and most importantly knowledgeable when it comes to the podcast fitness realm. I listen to quite a few fitness podcasts and these guys are close to knocking off my #1 right now. I have been a certified trainer since 2016 and it is awesome to see when individuals like these guys who bring a not only scientific approach but a down to earth perspective to fitness.
