I live in a gated compound in Asia. I run the same 8km loop over and over and over. It's hot and humid and all road running. I run in the dark as it's the coolest time of the day…yet when I listen to this podcast and the amazing description of the runners surroundings and the sounds of his footfall (he records it whilst he is running) I almost feel like I too am running in a beautiful Swedish forest seeing snow covered trees and enjoying cool weather.
