The podcast brings interesting lessons about rowing but the sound quality could be improved
Respectable experts with helpful advice for rowers of all levels. However, consistently poor audio quality. Too soft. Big level differences between speakers. Can-and-string sound in one speaker. Hosts DO enunciate, so thankful for that.
if you're an older adult and you enjoy rowing, whether you rowed as a junior or are still a newbie, this podcast is for you. Every episode is packed with useful information specifically for Masters Rowers. And, the hosts are fun and relatable. I could totally see having a pint or two at the pub with them after an afternoon on the water, listening to them tell stories.

Rowing-focused discussions blend technical coaching, training strategies, health considerations, and interviews with masters athletes and coaches. Episodes frequently explore technique nuances, strength and conditioning for rowing, injury prevention, and practical drills that listeners can apply in real-world training. A notable strength is the emphasis on actionable guidance, low-tech coaching tips, and real-world stories from seasoned rowers, making it useful for both individual athletes and club programs. Occasional health-focused conversations (cardiac health, aging athletes) add a broader wellness perspective, while guest variety tends to broaden the scope from technique to lifestyle and performance lessons across the rowing community.... more
