I just recently started listening since me and my ex fiancé broke up becuase I didn’t understand her properly. And I’m not good with words and feeling my feelings. Now just doing all this.
This is probably the easiest, most straightforward podcast to listen to for very complicated topics, pending that you’ve done the professional work on yourself first to be healthy. This would be the stage to work on after you’ve done extensive work on your own relationship with yourself.
Rikki, you’re fantastic and wise, but please be mindful of how much you interrupt Jimmy! It’s probably not something you’re aware of, but it seems like you just can’t wait to jump in there when he’s not quite finished. A little space in between responding after the other has completed their thought/point would be better.
