  • Not Trustworthy

I joined Josh's gut health program after hearing this podcast and believing the message of "we'll stick with you until we figure it out." That turned out not to be true.

I paid a very high price for their 16-week program, only to be told at the end that I'd need to start paying again - despite being assured multiple times that support would continue until got answers. When I questioned this, they suddenly introduced new "progress" caveats that had never been mentioned before.

His recent episode on fiber and whether or not it’s good for you was especially insightful—he explains the complexities without oversimplifying.
