  • Crohn’s and Eosino.

Hilary, my daughter, is the one who contacted you. we have believed exactly what you said from the very outset. Your information was very helpful very informative, and it was very beneficial to hear that diagnosis of Crohn’s and eosinophilic. Esophagitis does not mean doom for the future, but there are ways to better the situation and for healing to take place. Thank you so much for your input. We will continue to listen and hopefully make strides in helping others who need to hear this.

266: The Real Solution to Perimenopause Hormones - with Cynthia Thurlow
Q: What is the role of gut testing in guiding treatment for perimenopause, and when is it appropriate?
Gut testing should be used selectively and interpreted by a qualified clinician; it's most valuable when it informs a targeted plan, not as a blanket baseline for everyone, and should be combined with a thorough patient history and symptom review.

Q: Where do you start with a patient in perimenopause who comes in with energy loss and weight gain resistance?
Start with a thorough history focus on sleep, stress, and gut health, then address foundational elements like sleep hygiene, nutrition, and gradual lifestyle changes before considering complex testing or hormone therapies.
217: Rebuild Your Eyesight - with Dr. Meenal Agarwal
Q: The first question I have for you is, how does vision actually work?
Light enters through the cornea and lens, hits the retina, and the retina sends visual information via the optic nerve to the brain. The processing happens across multiple brain areas—from the primary visual cortex to parietal and temporal lobes—where the brain interprets what is seen and where it is in space, ultimately forming a coherent image and guiding actions.
259: Why You Can't Fix Your Eating Disorder (And What Actually Works) - with Matty Lansdown
Q: But how would you classify an eating disorder?
It's a spectrum, not just a single diagnosis; many people fall into gray areas like emotional eating, and even those without a formal diagnosis can benefit from recognizing patterns and seeking help.
256: Why Fertility Is Collapsing Worldwide: The Root Cause Approach to Fertility - with Dr. Aumatma Simmons
Q: What is IVF and what is the process?
