  • Crohn’s and Eosino.

Hilary, my daughter, is the one who contacted you. we have believed exactly what you said from the very outset. Your information was very helpful very informative, and it was very beneficial to hear that diagnosis of Crohn’s and eosinophilic. Esophagitis does not mean doom for the future, but there are ways to better the situation and for healing to take place. Thank you so much for your input. We will continue to listen and hopefully make strides in helping others who need to hear this.

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

217: Rebuild Your Eyesight - with Dr. Meenal Agarwal
Q: The first question I have for you is, how does vision actually work?
Light enters through the cornea and lens, hits the retina, and the retina sends visual information via the optic nerve to the brain. The processing happens across multiple brain areas—from the primary visual cortex to parietal and temporal lobes—where the brain interprets what is seen and where it is in space, ultimately forming a coherent image and guiding actions.
259: Why You Can't Fix Your Eating Disorder (And What Actually Works) - with Matty Lansdown
Q: But how would you classify an eating disorder?
It's a spectrum, not just a single diagnosis; many people fall into gray areas like emotional eating, and even those without a formal diagnosis can benefit from recognizing patterns and seeking help.
256: Why Fertility Is Collapsing Worldwide: The Root Cause Approach to Fertility - with Dr. Aumatma Simmons
Q: What is IVF and what is the process?
IVF involves stimulating the ovaries to develop multiple eggs, retrieving them, fertilizing them with sperm in a lab, and selecting viable embryos for transfer back to the uterus.
250: Ulcerative Colitis in Remission, Fecal Transplants & the Truth About Gut Healing - with Saffron Cassaday
Q: What was the process of your fecal transplant journey like?
Saffron initially set out to complete 10 fecal transplants but ended up doing nearly 200 over two years due to a desire for complete remission, which she eventually achieved.
250: Ulcerative Colitis in Remission, Fecal Transplants & the Truth About Gut Healing - with Saffron Cassaday
