This podcast could be a five star podcast, but the background music is annoying. All I wanna do is turn it down, the creator is creating a sense of distraction.
This podcast was so inspiring to me. I appreciated Beth's honesty. Much of my life, in terms of dieting and self image, mirrors her experience. The episode on Kaatsu peaked my interest as this is not a modality I have researched in the past. The benefit to sleep sounds promising. Vascular health is so key and the tie in to lactic acid build-up helped me to understand the concept. I’ve enjoyed listening to various episodes and the way Dr. Nolte shares the pros and cons as well as feasibility of applying some of these methods.
I listen to many podcasts on health and this one is one of the best. Doctor Nolte does a masterful job with the content and delivery in such an interesting way.
I want to thank you so much for your episode where Cynthia shared her story with us. I resonated on many levels with her and it reawakened a lot of good points that I have been forgetting about lately much appreciated. Thank you for sharing Cynthia and thank you for this great podcast.
