We listened to a few podcasts and unfortunately in our opinion it takes so long to get to the actual points of discussion. In one case, it took 7 minutes in a 58 min podcast to start talking about first point only to be told that requires a separate podcast on its own. By the time we got to actually content it was about 15 minutes in. Your experience may be different but not for us.
Thank you Abby! You have changed my life, my marriage and my relationships for the better. Pls keep doing the great work you do! I’ve gifted your book to so many people. Love you
This podcast is so motivational. I love hearing new ways to think about situations I find myself in. It’s definitely made me a more happy positive person. Thank you, Abby.
I’ve been listening to Abby’s podcasts for a couple of months and it’s an emotional health lifesaver. I was really stressed out and filled with anxiety over relationship issues for a few years. I feel much calmer now. I’m learning to set boundaries. It’s hard work but well worth it. At times I’m overwhelmed with all the options she provides as resources, but I’m learning how to navigate through it. Thank you Abby!
Dr. Abby uses every day examples to explain relationship issues and provide tools for dealing with them. She really is right - it only takes one person to drive change. It is the inner work of each of us that feeds a healthier relationship. Love this show!
