  • Emotional Health Life Saver

    I’ve been listening to Abby’s podcasts for a couple of months and it’s an emotional health lifesaver. I was really stressed out and filled with anxiety over relationship issues for a few years. I feel much calmer now. I’m learning to set boundaries. It’s hard work but well worth it. At times I’m overwhelmed with all the options she provides as resources, but I’m learning how to navigate through it. Thank you Abby!
