  • The very best

Abby lets you know what the problem is what the science is that backs it up and then what are the steps that you need to take to fix the rift in your partnership or fix the procrastination or fix the anxiety that’s in your head. She’s fun to listen to. She’s someone that I’d love to have a beer with and just listen to them talk I honestly can’t say enough good things about her her podcast and the tools that she gives you for free to continue the work at home after you’re done with the episode.

Abby is full of research. Tried and true advice. She says it like it is and I love that. She has opened my eyes to a better way to live and love. Wish I had found her sooner, but life happens to us not for us.

  • Podcasts okay, but..

We listened to a few podcasts and unfortunately in our opinion it takes so long to get to the actual points of discussion. In one case, it took 7 minutes in a 58 min podcast to start talking about first point only to be told that requires a separate podcast on its own. By the time we got to actually content it was about 15 minutes in. Your experience may be different but not for us.
