  • Please don’t skip this relationship podcast!

I’ve only recently started listening to relationship podcasts, and I came across these 3 therapists (they took over the podcast at the beginning of 2025). I’ve listened to approximately 20 of their shows so far, and it’s been better for me than previous in-person therapy and app-therapy (i.e. Liven). They are so honest and down-to-earth! It’s like listening to three friends discuss relationship issues in the healthiest way! They’ve really helped me feel understood and are helping me connect with... more

  • Good suggestions !

Started listening with most recent episodes and moving backwards.

Good suggestions given in mostly layman’s vocabulary in mostly down to earth manner.

I find one of the ladies a little overbearing - but not badly enough that I can’t listen . I can overlook her tone and subtle condescending manner because the suggestions and content are of good quality and helpful.

Overall this podcast is quite helpful and I appreciate the hosts taking the time to put it together to offer their expertise... more

I’m new to this podcast, and thrilled by the treasure trove of information. The three hosts obviously have DEEP wells of knowledge, because they’re constantly referencing tools. But each episode has a primary message, so I leave with clear take aways.

“Let them feel their feelings” or “Focus on my self-regulation to engage in strong partnership”.

There’s a gorgeous balance of tuning into to know mysel... more
