I love your show, and I often pass episodes onto my clients (I’m a provisional psychologist). I do love a lot of the content in the new shows, but I did find the original host a lot more relatable. This may be just because of my age. I can see how the new hosts connect with a younger audience, but think that I probably would listen to the show with a lot. More bigger were there to be a wide range of ages represented in your hosts. I do continue to listen to all of the episodes on Attachment thou... more

Its horrible
I’ve only recently started listening to relationship podcasts, and I came across these 3 therapists (they took over the podcast at the beginning of 2025). I’ve listened to approximately 20 of their shows so far, and it’s been better for me than previous in-person therapy and app-therapy (i.e. Liven). They are so honest and down-to-earth! It’s like listening to three friends discuss relationship issues in the healthiest way! They’ve really helped me feel understood and are helping me connect with... more

Relationship-focused conversations guided by three licensed counselors who simplify complex relationship concepts into practical tools. Episodes frequently explore attachment, emotional regulation, communication strategies, and dynamics like pursuer–withdrawer patterns, intimacy frameworks, and handling conflict. Noteworthy is a strong emphasis on actionable frameworks (e.g., four-pillar attachment work, intimacy pyramid, co-regulation techniques) and a blend of clinical insight with personal storytelling. Listeners can expect accessible, therapy-informed guidance aimed at healthier relationships, with periodic guest experts and practical exercises they can apply in real life.
