Love this podcast, great info for runners.
This was super helpful for my race next month. I especially like the thought at the end on staying off social media to keep anxiety at bay and the carb loading insight. I struggle with that and will try to get some extra snacks in a few days earlier than I am. Thank you!
What happened to all the old episodes? I was enjoying working my way through them and now only 9 episodes are showing up.
I had just purchased carbon plated shoes. Returned today!
My coach always says this but most runners will admit that strength is not our favorite thing. Ignoring it will come back to bite us though and Dr. Lisa has great information to establish a routine. I’ve followed her on IG for some time but just found the podcast. It’s engaging and individual episodes are not a massive time commitment. Pop one on and go for a walk! I’m excited to listen to the back episodes.
