I am a meditator and follow the Dharma as best as I can. My meditation teacher is a Buddhist and teaches the Dharma. I am familiar with Buddhism and love everything about it! I am in recovery, Alcohol free for 13 months. This audio book will and is helping me continue on the path of recovery. I had already bought the book, so I’m pleasantly surprised by the narrator’s calming, annunciated voice. It’s didactic but never conscending. I like that it’s written and read in the first person plural.
