    This podcast has been so helpful for me in terms of both gaining new insight into why I feel/think in the ways I do, and in terms of, honestly, just feeling less alone. Chloe is so authentic and relatable, and I’m so glad I found this podcast and can use it as a resource in trying to combat my own disorder. (I found the episode about food guilt to be especially interesting and informative.)

    I’ve followed Chloe on Instagram for a while now and her posts have always hit home for me, so the podcast is a welcome addition to my recovery arsenal. She is so real and relatable, and I really appreciate the harm reduction approach. Chloe is able to balance the challenges and difficulties of recovery while also acknowledging the dangers of EDs.
