  • Enjoying all the info!

Really enjoying the information of the show and how transparent and open Jess and Jill are.

My only feedback is I feel like Jess interrupts and cuts Jill off often. I know there’s a lot of passion and excitement around the topics but I feel like multiple times Jill wasn’t event able to finish her thought or make her point because Jess has interrupted and gone off in a different direction.

    Otherwise very helpful and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed this episode and felt like the examples of the clients were very helpful. Also the talk about giving yourself grace and talking to yourself like you talk to a loved one is also very good advice. I really like the idea of fixing and Sign that we’re practicing we’re not practicing that are showing up in our routines that prevent us from fixing some of the things that we’re not achieving in our workout and health routine routines and goals. The dialogue on this episode I really lik... more

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep. 93 Build Your Most Toned Physique
Q: How do I know when I should wean off tracking and eat more intuitively?
Move through seasons where you eat intuitively during a muscle-building phase or reverse-diet phase, ensuring you're not dropping calories too low during the transition; track enough to maintain awareness, then gradually loosen tracking as you settle into sustainable eating with attention to hunger cues and nutrient density.
Ep. 32 Answering The Most FAQ Part 2
Q: When do I know when and how often I should change up my programming?
Change programming every four to six weeks out of comfort or boredom, not just for the sake of it; progression should guide these decisions.
Ep. 32 Answering The Most FAQ Part 2
Q: How to know if I'm ready to wean off of tracking and eat more intuitively?
Personal readiness can vary, but it's crucial to ensure you're at a comfortable caloric intake before shifting away from tracking. Ensuring you've ramped your calories back up while practicing intuitive eating can lead to sustainable habits.
Ep. 38 Don't Call Me Skinny w/ Sarah Krieger
Q: What do you think helped you shift through that language of like calling yourself the fat kid and change?
It was a process of consistency and understanding that I could make mistakes along the way while learning to accept myself and my body more positively.
Ep. 35 Ask Us Anything Part 3
Q: What should my macros be?
Determining macros depends on various personal factors and isn't a one-size-fits-all answer; tracking food intake and physical changes over time is essential.
