This was so informative and direct. Really puts into perspective the balance of goals and what changes you must make to accomplish those goals. This has me ready to get back on track in a realistic way!
Really enjoying the information of the show and how transparent and open Jess and Jill are.
My only feedback is I feel like Jess interrupts and cuts Jill off often. I know there’s a lot of passion and excitement around the topics but I feel like multiple times Jill wasn’t event able to finish her thought or make her point because Jess has interrupted and gone off in a different direction.
Otherwise very helpful and enjoyable.
I really enjoyed this episode and felt like the examples of the clients were very helpful. Also the talk about giving yourself grace and talking to yourself like you talk to a loved one is also very good advice. I really like the idea of fixing and Sign that we’re practicing we’re not practicing that are showing up in our routines that prevent us from fixing some of the things that we’re not achieving in our workout and health routine routines and goals.
