I have learned a lot from her. Every time I listen in to this podcast or inside the Hive I can relate in someway. Always divinely guided.
Regulation is not my superpower. Such a great podcast to make me as a parent more self-aware and improve my relationship with my children. X
I’ve been listening to this podcast for over a year because I needed help to manage my daughter with ADHD and my own explosive personality. And Lisa’s topics and way of explaining, plain and simple, how to manage your thoughts and the situation, not only helps me to manage conflict with my kid but also with my husband. It helps you to be regulated within you so no matter if the issue is with your kid, or husband or friend, the tools that she gives you work every where.

Meanwhile I am hearing all the great advice, putting it into practice is a little harder. I’ll keep listening, thanks Lisa for sharing your stories and wi... more
