And Lisa’s topics and way of explaining, plain and simple, how to manage your thoughts and the situation, not only helps me to manage conflict with my kid but also with my husband. It helps you to be regulated within you so no matter if the issue is with your kid, or husband or friend, the tools that she gives you work every where.
