  • Endless Audio Issues!

The purpose, content and guests on this show are first rate BUT the audio issues, skipping, stuttering, etc within so many episodes often makes the whole episode (and increasingly the whole show) un-listen-able! Please STOP publishing episodes without cleaning up the audio stuttering, skipping, etc problems first!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Glyphosate Destroys Plant and Human Immunity
Q: What is the most impactful change a person can make to reduce exposure and improve health?
Switching to organic and locally sourced foods, even with higher upfront costs, because it can significantly reduce exposure to glyphosate and related toxins and potentially lower long-term healthcare costs.
Glyphosate Destroys Plant and Human Immunity
Q: Where should people start if they want to learn and act on these issues?
Start by visiting the organization's website and social channels for weekly updates, petitions, and local actions; use social media to stay informed and join conversations, especially on platforms where political content is shared.
Raw Foods, Proteins, and Longevity Science
Q: How do you reconcile different dietary recommendations with the idea of an optimal diet for longevity?
By recognizing individual variation in metabolism and physiology; the best approach is to find a diet that keeps you feeling well, supports energy and cognitive function, and aligns with long-term health goals rather than a one-size-fits-all rule.
Can You Live on Sprouts Alone? Nutritional Answers
Q: Am I good, or am I missing something by not having regular cooked beans, regular whole grains, broccoli, kale, and other conventional foods in my diet?
The host asks whether an all-sprout/seed-based approach can cover nutritional needs, and the guest notes missing elements like B12, vitamin D, and omega-3s, while endorsing sprouting as a pathway to better bioavailability and safety when seeds are properly germinated.
Root Causes of Cancer: More Than Just Genes
Q: How would an integrative approach look for a newly diagnosed cancer patient?
A patient would be met by an oncologist, psychologist, and nutritionist who collaboratively review the underlying causes, with treatments that may include chemotherapy where appropriate, but with a strong emphasis on addressing nutrition, gut health, and overall optimization of the patient's biology.
