Thanks to Billie and her awesome podcast I feel like I have a better relationship with food. I subscribe to her emails as well and they seem to pop in when I need it most. She is the ultimate girls girl. Her podcast isn’t super long and drawn out. I love how personable she is. Give her a listen if you want to repair your relationship with food.

She helped lose weight in a simple manner and it wasn’t stress... more

  • I’m finally losing for good

After battling with weight issues for over 20 years I thought I had all the information. And it turns out I do have all the information but I was not aware of how much my own thoughts were holding me back. Biggest issue being that I did not trust the information I had because I was still fed a lot of mixed messages by social and other media. And because the old methods made me lose weight. I could not keep it off, though.

Billie made me aware of the thoughts that were sabotaging my progress an... more
