Great fitness podcast for true, science-backed training methods. I’m a NASM-certified trainer and have learned a lot from this podcast and get good ideas for my workouts and my clients’ programs. It’s hard to find honest fitness content without egos and salacious claims and this fitness podcast is much needed.
