  • Withered on the vine

All seemed to be going extremely well. I became a loyal and engaged listener. It began to garner rave reviews, from the likes of Iain Dale. There were segments from James Cridland and David Lloyd and a weekly long-form interview with an industry expert. • Entertaining, informative & smug.

It’s a shame that everyone in the podcast is so smug about what they believe is great radio. Spends far to long at endless award evenings interviewing amazed broadcasters & radio luminaries who are telling us that they play music & speak between those great tunes? Would be more interested in radio people who aren’t permanently Amazed & instead genuinely wanting to create great radio instead of the celebrity bandwagon that it has become in the last 15 years.
