  • 💪🏻 SO INSPIRING

Love love love hearing all about strong, capable, inspiring women in sport! It’s about balance, fueling well, resting well, pushing hard, and finding the joy in what the awesome human body is capable of. I love a sport podcast not just focused on aesthetics! (Which is totally cool too, but we need healthy balance and a focus on health + performance too.)
