  • Good discussion

Zoe, I enjoyed your discussion with Benedict and your thoughtful questions. I disagree with his assessment of antisemitism, however; whatever the reasons he suggested, the underlying cause is actually spiritual. You were right to think that the survival of the Jews is evidence of God. I suggest you read Revelation, chapter 12. It explains why both Jews and now Christians are being targeted for extinction.

  • Awful Interviewer

This podcast is seriously lacking analytical depth, utterly uninspiring, and begging for an editor.

  • Zoe Booth’s Voice

Perhaps as an American from the lower southeastern states, and despite my times setting up some festivals in various parts of Scandinavia I must offend someone I am sure to say that your voice, even the way you laugh and giggle as you push through the harder questions absolutely blows my old HillBilly mind. Your voice not only sounds so professional and I fully back Quillettes goals but my dear I must say:

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The NGO Industrial Complex: Gerald Steinberg on How Human Rights Became a Racket
Q: In Australia as well. Rotary, is Rotary one of those?
Rotary is cited as an example of traditional civil society groups, but the core discussion is about how many NGOs—often funded by governments—have taken on political roles that rival state actors, sometimes without transparency in governance and funding.
The NGO Industrial Complex: Gerald Steinberg on How Human Rights Became a Racket
Q: But if they don't know who you are, could you tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do?
I'm an academic focusing on the politics of NGOs for about 25 years, and I founded NGO Monitor to study how these groups gain power, influence policy, and sometimes push agendas that go beyond humanitarian aims.
Does Western Civilisation Exist? James Kierstead on Ancient Greece, Christianity, and the West
Q: Does the West actually exist as a distinct civilization, or is it a constructed narrative promoted by particular political or academic interests?
Kierstead argues that while there are diverse modern critiques, there is a recognizably distinct Western trajectory rooted in Greek and Roman influence, later shaped and universalized by Christian and Enlightenment traditions, which continue to influence modern governance, education, and social norms.
Inside Iran’s Deadly Protests with Shay Khatiri
Q: What would happen if these protests are successful?
Khatiri suggests that the future could hinge on US decisions regarding support for Pahlavi and questions whether Iranians would choose monarchy or not.
Inside Iran’s Deadly Protests with Shay Khatiri
Q: What can you tell our audience about this latest wave of protests?
Khatiri explains that these protests are part of a series of historical protests in Iran that have evolved from focusing on specific issues to becoming predominantly anti-regime.
