青少年受到網路世界的拉力，以及現實生活困境的推力影響， 可能以網路做為因應生活困境的途徑，而造成網路成癮的情況發生。師長們可以換個角度思考，將網路成癮看作是青少年發出的一份求救訊號，透過親師合作了解孩子的生活困境，並適時求助專業，耐心關懷孩子，陪伴青少年找回生活中與人的連結。

輔導特教生需要各方資源一同合作， 透過校內支持系統的建立，能夠整合導師、輔導老師、學務處等人員，彼此建立橫向的連結溝通。
同時也可以善用體制內的特教資源，以及民間團體、網站所提供的服務，集眾人之力提供特教孩子輔導支持，建立幫助孩子成長學習的支持系統。
