I’m not even sure how I stumbled into this podcast, but I’m thankful I did. The guests she has on her show are reputable, scientific, experts in their field. There’s often so much content to absorb that I listen to the same episode 2-3 times. Lisa herself is genuine and well prepared to interview her guests.
