  • An absolutely wonderful resource for a newcomer

The pace is low-key / not at all overwhelming, the humour is well used, and the dark energy of OCD is discussed matter of factly, without judgement, and with continual empathy & encouragement. It’s a strange, strange, strange world out there, but this corner of it that’s OCD is made to feel like a fireside catchup with a childhood best friend during Christmas vacation.

  • Volume

The information is great but the volumes drive me crazy. One you can hardly hear so you have to turn the volume all the way up and the next is extremely loud
