The lady is really stressful and talks hyper-fast and I find the advice questionable. Like “maximizing your time” and trying to squeeze in your healing when you would otherwise rest, to not “lose that time”. Not for me unfortunately. I find the podcast triggering. It’s probably more for highly functioning people with light trauma.

Thank you so much for you guys creating this podcast. If I had not come across this podcast about a year ago, I don't believe I would have found the mental peace and healing that I've needed this whole time. Therapists have not help me nearly as much.
