  • Disappointing

The man spoke to quickly and was erratic and convoluted in his talking he took forever to say nothing I kept waiting for him to make his point. Could be a great podcast with more robust planning and calmer delivery

  • Great show

    Hello,

Are you interested in discussing whether my experiences align with the theme of your show? I share my journey of triumphing over severe childhood trauma to become who I am today. As a motivational speaker and an upcoming author, I recount my life’s narrative and the challenges I’ve surmounted.

  • Not for me. Tense energy

I’m sure the info is great and helpful but I can’t receive it because for me, his voice, way of speaking, energy is kind of manic and high intensity. I hear a lot of anxiety/tension and just listening made me feel tense.

  • Help needed, help given

My spouse was shot in the street on her way home from work. Both of us have utilized this podcast so very much, in dealing with the traumatic aftermath.

Additionally, the info given out in this podcast is useful for any person who’s struggling emotionally, not just PTSD.

  • Not for me

The lady is really stressful and talks hyper-fast and I find the advice questionable. Like “maximizing your time” and trying to squeeze in your healing when you would otherwise rest, to not “lose that time”. Not for me unfortunately. I find the podcast triggering. It’s probably more for highly functioning people with light trauma.
