The narrators voice was pleasant and easy to follow. Information was good but every episode basically sounded like previous one, with different titles. I was hopeful for new take or view points in this subject. Just didn’t happen I got to episode 6 just had to stop listening.
This is AI
It took me a long time to name my trauma and recognize the impact it had on my life. This podcast has helped me gain tools for validating my own experiences and learning ways to move forward and heal. Highly recommend
because it does and it sounds like it too.. gave a show like 20 min but really couldn’t get over how bland and AI sounding it was.. also very generic CPTSD and trauma healing info, not much personality. there’s way better personal and real feeling hosts and interviews out there I’d much rather engage with. also this podcast was only started like a couple years ago so, suspicious.
