It took me a long time to name my trauma and recognize the impact it had on my life. This podcast has helped me gain tools for validating my own experiences and learning ways to move forward and heal. Highly recommend
because it does and it sounds like it too.. gave a show like 20 min but really couldn’t get over how bland and AI sounding it was.. also very generic CPTSD and trauma healing info, not much personality. there’s way better personal and real feeling hosts and interviews out there I’d much rather engage with. also this podcast was only started like a couple years ago so, suspicious.

Thank you very much for these episodes. I’ve learned a lot and love the meditation you provided too. Thank you for taking the time to make this valuable resource 🙏🏽
This podcast is lovely. It is neither slow or redundant, and I haven’t experienced any aggressive ads. I appreciate the host’s calm, informed approach. A lot of great information for anyone working through CPTSD.
