Dave and Elizabeth are joined by friends as they discuss around popular media. Sometimes silly, sometimes serious but never boring (OK, occasionally boring), PDAIS is unlike anything else you'll hear.

PDAIS looks at the good, the not bad and the downright ugly of The Mummy Trilogy that began in 1999
We looked at the 1977 thriller Rollercoaster and, having decided that it was not an absolute stinker, we watched the 1980 disaster (in every sense of the word) film When Time Ran Out... We suffer so you don't have to

The energy is that of an old married couple you invite round for dinner parties specifically because they're so much more fun than anyone else you know. If you've read my other reviews, you will note that I do not find many things funny.
This podcast however is funny and educational.
Every host gives it their all and entertains throughly.
I strongly recommend this podcast for everyone.
Brilliant. Simply brilliant. And if you like to hear a group of people forced to listen to some “challenging” films and tv programmes then this is the podcast for you. Xanadu will never be the same….
Dave, Elizabeth, Thomas and a rotating band of semi-regular co-hosts bring you their analysis of pop culture ranging from the early 20th century up to the present day. It's a rollicking good time! Give it a listen and you'll soon be eagerly anticipating the next episode... whenever it arrives. :)
A group of friends gather to discuss music, television, books. Important matters are thrashed out - the 1974 Eurovison Song Contest, whether there are any worse films than Battlefield Earth. Apparently there are and these good people are watching them so that we don't have to.
There's your review Dave. Now can you call off the wig...
