  • Trailblazer in this field.

It’s hard to ignore Dr Brewer for these 3 reasons 1) his expertise in this field 2) his living testimony of achieving much better heart health 3) his humility and courage to change course in regards to his approach to heart health/preventative medicine. Very grateful for this podcast and the YouTube videos, as I was completely lost in the science and very worried, but I’m listening and learning. Thanks very much from here in the UK!
