The Post used to my go-to for good in-depth journalism. But since Jeff Bezos has been playing political games with the Post, it has become a watered down version of itself. Often reporter don’t ask serious questions or-worse-present only the “approved” Bezos side of an event. Ideological opinions are either not contrasted or quoted as fact. This is what happens when the press sells out to corporate overlords. Very very sad.
I really like many of the reports, but I find the background music distracting and find myself listening to it rather than the speaker. It’s a definite negative to the show.

This is nutrition 101.

I hope the information helps her.
I appreciate that it's more than just doom and gloom. They do the hard hitting stuff, but they also intermingle things that are a little lighter and useful like the Ratings episode.
