I’m so sorry and I mean this with no ill-will — Izin is not for me. I can’t listen to her voice she sounds very robotic and the thick accent just doesn’t work for me. If Hannah is going to be out a lot, I think we need to find a different person to fill in for her, because when I hear Izin, I just turn the podcast off immediately.

Such great podcast! I’ve been listening to The 7 for more than two years now and it’s such a convenient way to learn about the most pressing news. The newsletter is such an amazing supplement as well! Great job!

This has been a really helpful podcast for me. I can get overwhelmed with all the news out there, so to have this podcast give top stories & short explanations has been a good way to start my day.

Each 7-minute episode threads together top headlines with quick context, data points, and a light, human touch, making complex events more approachable for busy listeners starting their day.
