    I found Dr.Z after both my daughters needed treatment for OCD. Her office has been incredibly helpful for helping them develop unhooking skills and better emotional regulation. I enjoy this podcast because doctors he has such a friendly approach to speaking with other experts, and getting to the crux of how their interpretation of various treatment methods could help listeners highly highly recommended for anyone looking for tips for emotional regulation.
