Loved these podcasts. As we enter the next phase of the pandemic anxiety levels are very high but listening to Debi, and following her advice to PAUSE is helping me to be calm and keep myself regulated. There are some really great tips on how to help Our children during this difficult time and how to help them deal with the transition of returning to school. A great listen. more
