    No matter what your question might be Esther asks it before you are even able to come up with it! She covers all the bases in every topic when she does an interview and it’s really amazing to have somebody that you feel like is on your side when getting this kind of information. I would definitely listen to all of her podcasts!

    I learn something new each time I listen -- and I really appreciate Esther's science-backed perspective. She helped me develop a healthier relationship with food simply by defining plant-based as having a diet that has a foundation of healthy plant-based foods - but that doesn't have to be purely vegan.
