  • Inspiring, with lots of helpful information

Guests interviewed on this podcast have switched to plant-based eating and describe the impressive benefits they’ve experienced. But no one seems to want to push their views on others, and they work with many clients who don’t follow a completely plant-based diet. The friendly, effective host and the solid information shared by guests make this podcast worth following.
