  • A breath of fresh air for Pilates teachers

A few episodes in and I’m already obsessed! Between giving so much to clients all day and navigating all the noise, misinformation, and performative content on social media, the industry can feel exhausting and lonely. This podcast has been reconnecting me with my why and reigniting my passion for both teaching and my own practice. It feels like having a Pilates big sis in my ear, gently bringing me back to what really matters.
