I love this podcast I only wish it was still going.
Weekly deep dives into landmark piano pieces that are as fun to listen to as they are informative!
Great podcast for a beginner/intermediate player eager to learn a little more about piano history and theory
Equal parts history and music theory, all told with Andy’s soothing/sexy voice. What’s not to love?
The amount of time and effort going into this podcast is sensational. A perfect bite sized musical education.
I have never been a huge classical music fan, but I have always wanted to learn to appreciate it. The host brings the history of the song to life— so I feel connected to these pieces in a way that I haven’t before. A bonus— he has a very nice voice.
I greatly enjoyed the first episode of Piano Rhapsody. Anytime I can laugh and learn, I am happy. The premise of the podcast is unique and creative. Plus, the host selects interesting and informative pieces of history behind the works he plays. I cannot wait to hear more from him and be a part of his journey of piano mastery!
Booping around looking around for a new podcast and what pray-tell did my accidental meandering discover? Why a man with a voice as smooth as a 200 dollar bottle of bourbon, and hands that tickle the ivories like a Swedish masseuse after a double shot of espresso. In a way the artist seems to be speaking directly into me, touching parts of my soul that haven’t been explored in years.
I cannot recommend this highly enough and anxiously awaiting the next episode...
I listened to Piano Rhapsody and found it interesting and informative. I am a piano player myself and hope to play more classical pieces especially after learning the origins. Want to hear more.
This podcast explains classical music in a way I can understand and enjoy. I really enjoy feeling like I am learning along with the host. It makes me feel like we are on a journey together! I can’t wait to hear more episodes!
