I recently discovered your podcast and have really enjoyed listening to so many episodes! I am currently struggling with severe hand pain and carpal tunnel pain in both arms. I have been on the AIP diet for a few years now, but still struggle and think that I need to see a rheumatologist.
Eileen’s compassionate and relaxing voice is the gateway to an amazing learning experience. I have found her books just as helpful. I’ve become more accepting of my autoimmune condition and hopeful about the rest of my life. She’s had some great guests who have inspired me to try new approaches to fitness and nutrition.
I’m thrilled to discover your podcast. Thank you for creating such useful content. I made the sardine recipe today and it was delicious—like a tuna salad. I need snack idea on AIP and I’m excited to include a different oily fish in my culinary routine.
