    Thank you, Claudia. Over 18 months ago I was drowning and repeatedly being told there was nothing wrong with me (labs) and prescribed antidepressants and TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) for treatment resistant depression. All of which didn’t work because I needed to address my hormones. I found the wonderful Dr. Louise Newson from your podcast as well and the rest is history!     I recently found this podcast and am so thankful that I did. I started perimenopause late 2024 and phew what a whirlwind this new journey has been! Claudia’s knowledge and experience has tremendously helped make me realize we are not alone in this new phase of our lives.
