    I recently found this podcast and am so thankful that I did. I started perimenopause late 2024 and phew what a whirlwind this new journey has been! Claudia’s knowledge and experience has tremendously helped make me realize we are not alone in this new phase of our lives. She gives insightful advice and strongly supports women over 35 to feel good and be confident in midlife. With supplements, HRT and support she guides women through self advocacy and self awareness.
