These guys are so real and relatable. It’s been amazing over the years to celebrate their triumphs and share in their disappointments...everything they’ve gone through in their fitness journey is something I’ve felt (well-except for the shingles and getting hit by the Smart Car...😳). I've enjoyed listening to the Gomers for probably a decade or more. I started running around 2009 before my kids were born and the Gomers have been a treat I saved for myself. Now with Perfect Movie the fun continues. If you love movies, pop culture, health tips, Star Wars, John Hughes or any of the above, be sure to check out this podcast. I'd be surprised if you are disappointed.
