I am new to endurance running and have found this podcast to be so informative as well as really entertaining. Isobel and Ron have a nice dynamic and both are extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Thank you Isobel and Ron for your podcast on endurance running. I love how your podcast is from two perspectives on issues, from a runner who has done a lot of events professionally to an everyday runner, I really appreciate your insights.
Isobel has a wealth of knowledge and experience on endurance running and events that she shares through this podcast. Love the variety to the episodes and balance between Isobel interviewing guests and her own experiences and learnings. Definitely worth listening to!
I find Isobel and all her guest very knowledgeable for all thing’s involved with Endurance and Trail Running. Highly recommend listening to these podcasts for all the information required to get through long distance events or just long hikes. I’ve also done a 8 week Ultra specific program and I can’t recommend her highly enough to help get through an Ultra event.
