    It is very kind to make this podcast and I have listened to it a lot when commuting or going for walks to diversify my studying. However, I have to constantly rewind as key points are discussed very quickly, and definitions aren’t always clear. I think it would more be helpful to link the content to real life scenarios - e.g. giving examples of neighbourhood plans that became parts of local plans and giving examples of policy.
