As a young coach within the 1st 5 years of my career, I’ve learned more from this podcast than anything else aside from the actual practical experience of coaching and interactions with players and coaches. The same can be said for Coach Parker’s “The Leader Matters” & Georgia Football podcasts. The wide variety of perspectives each show provides from coaches and leaders at different schools, areas, situations, etc. is invaluable.
Really enjoyed the podcast and the down to earth discussion and levity amongst the three coaches.
