I’ve been listening to several of the most recent episodes and I’m impressed with host John Chase’s approach to his conversations with guests. He asks thoughtful questions and then sits back and allows the interviewee the space to answer. He’s a wonderful listener and his audience benefits.
There’s no noise, no hype, just good conversations that we’re invited to share in.

I was searching for sea kayaking podcasts hoping to find some that would find something relatable to my interest and was fortunate enough to find this. It has the exact topics, excellent host, amazing guests, and covers Great Lakes kayaking. Highly recommended!
Great show, John asks great question to guide his guest to share their stories.
Very enjoyable to listen to. I enjoy kayaking and this is a delight. Great rotation of guests. One area of improvement would be to raise the volume on your guests. They can be difficult to hear especially when driving. Many of them have soft voices.
