    Listened for the last few years and have found the advice Coach Rob gives out to be really informative.

    Good balance for the top age groupers to brand new athletes to triathlon training.

    I’ve done a few triathlons with Oxygen Addicts athletes also competing. I ask them every time if coach Rob is there at the event as well and so far they’ve always said that he wasn’t. One day though I’m going to meet him. Absolute legend.
