It does not have filler/conversational content like other Triathlon focused podcasts do. I enjoy that the episodes are typically 15-30 minutes long and go a great job introducing practical pointers for your workouts/races within that time.

I’ve been listening to TOA for a while now and absolutely love the knowledge they have on everything triathlon. They have a way of reassuring you and providing you with the confidence into race day and helping you dial in your training. Definitely recommend listening to them.
