By far the best podcast for age groupers Rob and team it’s easy, relatable and easily implementable. All of their advice is backed up by science and research. I’ve done a few triathlons with Oxygen Addicts athletes also competing. I ask them every time if coach Rob is there at the event as well and so far they’ve always said that he wasn’t. One day though I’m going to meet him. Absolute legend.
