I cannot thank Caroline enough for her podcast. It is, without doubt, the most helpful podcast I’ve come across relating to anxiety. I have just listened to the episode where she talks about her struggles with depression and anxiety because of her little boy’s own struggles, and I was moved to tears. I can relate so much to what she talks about and I thank her for making me feel that it’s okay to acknowledge that parenting isn’t something that we have to put a brave face on and pretend that we’r... more
Neuroscientist episode is on point. Thank you. Need to get off my phone…
Thank you so much for helping me understand that it’s not my fault. I am that mom who’s two children have completely different personalities. I am that mom who finds one child so difficult to parent and the other so easy. I am that mom who finds parenting often difficult and not what I thought it would be. Thank you for helping me to see that I’m not the only one.
Presenter, you’re talking / reading far too fast! For me that causes extreme aggitation and is extremely anxiety inducing. I hope you can slow down a little as I do like your content.
With reference to previous reviews, I don’t mind what I consider to be mild swearing.
I love this as a recent discovery. Caroline is enlightening, compassionate and informative. But I don’t like the politics and the constant mention of Palestine. I’m Jewish and Palestine/israel is incredibly complicated for me. When ‘the politics’ come on I skip over. Please please consider there are different perspectives and they Jewish people are feeling incredibly alone (and anxious) right now.
