I’ve never been one for podcasts, but I love Overwhelmed Working Woman! Michelle is relatable, informative, and fun! She’s become my walking or driving buddy. Many of the episodes are short and sweet but still provide great takeaways!
"I had the best time chatting with Michelle on her podcast. She has this way of making big, heavy topics - like navigating the chaos of midlife and menopause - feel so much more manageable.
It felt like a safe, calm space to get honest about what it’s like to reclaim your energy during this stage of life. If you’re a busy woman just trying to catch your breath, you’ll love what Michelle is doing."
What I love about Michelle‘s podcast is that they are relatable, funny, and to the point! I’ve taken away at least one strategy for every episode and can easily listen to them as I am taking dogs for a 20 minute walk or if I have a 20 minute car ride. She is well worth a listen!
Michelle is the antidote to overwhelm. She is calm, clear and encouraging. Love this podcast!
