I continue to learn so much from this podcast! It’s been hugely helpful to me over the past several years to understand, heal, and manage my hamstring issues.

Always going 1-1-3 for strength/ hypertrophy can lead to missing out on the restorative signaling/s... more

I’m relating to SO much of the content and have already benefited from some of the strategies to change the way I sit to reduce compression. In my experience, PHT doesn’t get nearly enough attention in the PT/sports medicine/orthopedics community, especially considering h... more
I’m just over a year having PHT. I am very fortunate to have had somewhat of a diagnosis and have had PRP. I’m hopeful with PT and this podcast that I will be able to again run someday. I wouldn’t wish PHT on too many people!!
