I continue to learn so much from this podcast! It’s been hugely helpful to me over the past several years to understand, heal, and manage my hamstring issues.
I’ve never written a review before. I started running in high school and was a dancer as well. I developed what I called a ‘nagging hamstring thing’ in high school that, while annoying, didn’t stop me from continuing to run, getting into marathons and racing, until two marathons in one month finally made it clear that my hamstring thing was getting worse. In my experience, PHT doesn’t get nearly enough attention in the PT/sports medicine/orthopedics community, especially considering h... more
I’m just over a year having PHT. I am very fortunate to have had somewhat of a diagnosis and have had PRP. I’m hopeful with PT and this podcast that I will be able to again run someday. I wouldn’t wish PHT on too many people!!
