    Wendy’s podcast is varied, informative, succinct and loaded with extremely information and practical tools to deal with the condition that so many of us live with, day in, day out.

    I the podcast extremely ADHD β€˜friendly’ - quick rapid information, that keeps you engaged! That’s partially due to the fact it’s 8 - 10 minutes per podcast.
